Each product is made from premium materials and by the excellent hand of artisans.
Step 1: Choose ingredients
Choosing the material is the most important in the process of making mussel shells, requiring the best thickness and luster to be selected for processing.
Step 2: Grinding mussel shells
The artisan will have to sharpen the mussel shell under water for a long time to remove the dirty layer of the shell to reveal the beautiful iridescent shell, this stage is quite meticulous when the shell is honed under water and also using sandpaper smooth the outer surface of the shell
Step 3: Cut into small bars
After the shell is polished to reveal the iridescent pearlescent layer, the artist will choose the thickest part and the most beautiful part to cut into small bars about 0.5 cm depending on the design.
Step 4
The most interesting part is that the artisan begins to put each small bar of shell on this stitching accessory, which requires very high artisan skill because it requires meticulous ingenuity and high precision.
Step 5
After the shell has been shaped on the accessory, let it dry outside of normal temperature and the grafting environment, make sure it is clean and free of dust from adhering to the product. Artists begin to grind the pipes under water with fine sandpaper, this is the longest stage because this is the most important step in determining the quality of the product.
